Beautiful peaceful countryside. Lovely Views. Sauna and Jacuzzi. Position: Local shops, restaurant and tennis courts in Pont de Barret, about two miles away, with several other villages with small supermarkets and restaurants within four or five miles. Montelimar, famous for its Nougat and with more extensive shopping and hypermarkets is 15 miles away.The area is famous for its Cotes du Rhone wines and lavender fields. Map reference A2 Page 198Gravelled terrace with large tables and parasols, also a large shady tree with rustic furniture, ideal for hotter days. Built-in barbecue and ping pong. Below the house is the swimming pool (12 x 6m) with lovely views over the countryside. Sauna and Jacuzzi (not to be used by unaccompanied children) with shower and wc.
Interior
The main part of the house has a large living room with doors to the terrace, fireplace, sofas and large screen television with English satellite channels. Off this is a is a very well equipped kitchen,with commercial gas cooker with two electric ovens, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and doors to the terrace. Also on the ground floor shower room with basins and wc. A small office/hallway with steep steps to a double bedroom with low ceilings. Off the courtyard is a suite of rooms, two interconnecting double bedrooms and a shower room with basins and wc and hallway with small sofa-bed suitable for a child up to 10 years. Three further bedrooms, each reached by an outside staircase and each with ensuite shower room with basin and wc, one double, one with double and single beds, one with two double beds. Cot available. Electricty up to 100 kwh per week included. Bed linen included.
