Large Family House. Attractive converted barn. Peaceful countryside Position: The village is within walking distance,just over a mile away (no hills) either across the fields or by road. Here there is a small supermarket, bakery, tennis courts and three restaurants. Montelimar, famous for its nougat with more extensive shopping and hypermarkets is 12 miles. There are many charming villages in the vicinity, most with at least one excellent local restaurant. Plenty of vineyards to visit as the house is in the wine producing area of Cotes du Rhone.  May reference A2 Page 198The house is at the end of a track, the owners keep horses close by and will take guests riding on request. The garden is over half an acre with lawns dotted with fruit trees, wisteria covered terrace with table and chairs. barbecue, ping pong, baby football, swings and swimming pool (7x4m) with shallow area on one side.

Hallway/bar off the terrace. Kitchen with mixed hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and cupboards filled with herbs and spices. Shower room/utility room with shower, washing machine and freezer. Large living room with french windows, two sofas, table and chairs, fireplace, television, DVD player and CD player. Also on this floor a double bedroom and shower room with basin and wc. Upstairs, in the main part of the house, are five bedrooms, two doubles, two twins and a single, a bathroom with basin and separate wc. Two steps lead to another double bedroom and  a small landing with stairs to the ground floor and a twin bedroom. There is a separate studio/flat with living room with double sofa bed, kitchen corner with gas cooker, fridge and sink. Up steep steps from the hallway is a mezzanine with double bed. Shower room with basin. wc and washing machine. Cot provided. Electricity up to 100 kwh included. Bed linen included.
