Air-conditioned Bedrooms Posiiton: The canal side village of Poilhes is under a mile away along the country road that passes behind the house here there is a basic grocery store where you can buy fresh bread and croissants daily, an excellent, reasonably priced restaurant and tennis courts. Supermarket, more shops and restaurants in Capestang, just over a mile away and the lively town of Beziers about 10 miles away. Sandy beaches about 20 minutes drive away. The canal bank is about 500 yards from the house, where you can walk or bicycle for miles along the tow path.Bicycle hire in Beziers. 4.Enclosed gardens of about half an acre made up of lawns, dotted with fruit trees. There is a small, raised hexagonal pool which has a water jet which you can swim against and a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Swings and picnic table under the trees.

Interior

Kitchen with table and chairs, electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Comfortably furnished living room with sitting area, television, DVD player and bed/divan. Utility room with fridge/freezer. Also on the ground floor but with separate entrance is a shower room with basin, wc and washing machine. Upstairs is air-conditioned and there are mosquito screens on all the windows.  There are three bedrooms, two doubles (two mattresses on a single base) and a bunk room. There is an extra single folding bed and a cot. Shower room with two basins and wc. Electricity up to 100 kwh per week included. Bed linen included.
