You can fish and windsurf at the lake of Salagou nearby and it is less than an hour to Mediterannean beaches many vineyards to visit throughout the area for tasting and buying. Kitchen behind a breakfast bar equipped to a high standard with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, American fridge and dishwasher. Patio doors to the covered and open terraces with the pool beyond. Three very comfortably furnished bedrooms on the first floor, with doors to the pool the master bedroom with king sized bed, TV and  shower room with body jet shower, two washbasins and wc and a twin and a double bedroom both with TV and ensuite shower with wc. On the lower ground floor is a simpler twin bedroom and a large games room with table tennis, table football and TV. Central heating, electric shutters and multi vacuum cleaner points. Electricity included up to 60kw per week. Bed linen and towels available at extra cost payable locally.
