Charming and unusual converted forge. Views over the vineyards. Position: Aigremont is a tiny village in the midst of vineyards. The small village grocery store is close to the house and here you can buy fresh bread and croissants each morning. There is an excellent local restaurant about half a mile away. More shops and tennis court at Ledignan, two miles away. The enchanting town of Uzes, with many cafes and restaurants tucked away under the stone arches of hidden squares and Nimes, famous for its Roman amphitheatre, are each about 20 minutes drive, with Anduze slightly less. 4The house has just a small courtyard garden with covered terrace with table and chairs and barbecue overlooking the pool (9 x 3.5m). .

Interior

Formerly a blacksmith's forge this unconventional house has been restored, furnished and decorated in minimalist style, making it a charming and unusual holiday home. Entrance from the village square into the courtyard with, to one side, the kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher and fridge with small freezer. Up steps to a landing with small sofa. A passage way with shower-room with basin and separate wc  leads to a living room with sofa and chairs and DVD player.  Off the living room is a single bedroom where steep steps lead up to a double. Steep steps lead from the living room back down to the ground floor on the other side of the courtyard. Here there are two small double bedrooms each with doors to the courtyard, a shower room with two basins and separate wc. Laundry room with washing machine. Electricity included up to 100 kwh per week. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally.
