The owner lives in the same grounds. On foot, the house is located 500m from the city centre and 300m from the ski area.

2-room house 24 m2 on 3 levels: living/dining room, exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (2 hotplates, oven). On the lower ground floor: (steep stair): 1 room with 1 double bed, exit to the garden. Bath-room, sep. WC. Small terrace, south-west facing position. Garden. Terrace furniture. Very nice panoramic view of the mountains. Please note: Non smokers only. The bathroom is situated on the 2nd lower floor.
