Reilhanette 12 km from Sault: Isolated property comprising of 3 stone houses, 2 of which are available for rental (ref F8014/100) and the owners house, situated in grounds of 15 hectares partly on marshland, with a river at the bottom of the grounds. The 3 houses are separate and detached. The property is situated in the Reilhanette district. Villa Mas de Roucas , outside the resort, 100 m from the stream. For shared use: swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, 01.05.-30.09.). Parking by the house. Shop 5 km, restaurant 5 km. Please note: car essential. Access to the house is via a dirt road for 1100 m. Bread and croissants can be delivered by the owner. On request: evening meal, served in a separate room, 60 m2 with fireplace.

Mas Roucas , 4-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels: living/dining room with open fireplace, TV and DVD, exit to the terrace. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave, freezer) with bar. Upper floor (steep stair): 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm), bath/WC. 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 140 cm). Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, children's highchair. Please note: small TV. The room with double bed of 140 cm is reached throught the room with a double bed of 180 cm. Access from outside: small house with room with double bed, shower, WC. Mosquito nets in all the rooms. Access to the house is via a few steps. Electric heating is extra from 1 November to 30 April to be paid on site according to use. Breakage deposit: 300 euros.
