Recently converted studio with lovely garden and poolside area Position: Just under a mile away is the village of Serres with a local family restaurant and a small grocery store where fresh bread is delivered daily. The countryside around the house is very unspoilt although it is only about two miles from Carpentras where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Isle sur la Sorgue with its famous Sunday antique market and canal side restaurants is about 14 miles and the papal city of Avignon about 17 miles. Close to the famous wine producing area of Cotes de Rhone where there are plenty of vineyards to visit. The studio is part of a former farmhouse in well maintained and set out gardens where the swimming pool (10x5m) is shared with another studio and the owners. It has a most attractive poolside area with parasols and sun beds. There is a private patio with garden furniture at the bottom of the steps which lead to the studio. Gas barbecue.

Interior

An outside stone staircase leads to the studio, which is one large room with double sofa bed over which is a sleeping platform with a double mattress and reached by a ladder (added since the photographs were taken). Table and chairs and kitchen corner behind a bar with gas hob, small oven/grill, microwave, fridge/small freezer and washing machine. Electricity up to 100 kwh per week included.
