On the outskirts of Avignon Position: The villa is on the very edge of the village where there are basic shops, tennis courts, bar and restaurant all within walking distance. There are big hypermarkets on the way to the attractive and lively centre of the walled city of Avignon, which is five miles away. There is a golf course only three miles away and close by are all the magical hilltop villages of the Luberon and Isle sur la Sorgue with its famous Sunday market. Large garden, not enclosed, dotted with olive and pine trees and a lovely pool house with table and chairs, built in barbecue and fridge. Stone picnic table and plenty of shady places to sit under the trees as well as a covered terrace beside the house. Beyond the garden and swimming pool (7x3m) is a rocky hillside, a lovely walk in the cool of the evening to watch the sunset. Garage for one car and plenty of parking.

Separate fitted kitchen with table and chairs, mixed hob, electric oven, fridge/small freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom. Bathroom and separate wc. Upstairs are two bedrooms a double and a twin, one with a television. Small bathroom (hip bath) and separate wc. Cot and high chair. Electricity up to 100 kw per week included. Bed linen included (bring your own towels).
