A typical Provencal villa. Lovely big sun-room. Large attractive gardens Position: La Fare les Oliviers is just over a mile away for shops, tennis courts, bars and restaurants, but with a restaurant even closer. Aix en Provence is about twenty miles away with Avignon slightly further. St Remy de Provence and Les Baux, with its golf course, are both close by. Attractive  enclosed garden of over an acre with lawns, trees and flowering shrubs. The swimming pool (14x7m) is surrounded by a large terrace with sun-beds, garden furniture and barbecue. A caretaker lives behind the house with separate entrance and garden.

Interior

Large and opulent living room with seating around the fireplace, leather sofa and armchairs, dining table and benches, television, video and Hi Fi. Kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Large sun room opening onto the terrace and swimming pool, with table and chairs, table tennis and a second kitchen area with electric cooker, American fridge and microwave. Shower room with basin and wc. Mezzanine above with double bed. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with sunken bath, bidet, basin and wc. Separate wc. Upstairs is a second mezzanine with sofa bed, billiard table, table football and, behind a curtain, a twin bedroom. Three double bedrooms, one with extra single bed and one with en suite basin and bidet. Shower room with basin, bidet and wc. Total of five televisions. Three cots available. Telephone for incoming calls only. Electricity up to 100kw per week included. Bed linen included.
