Stunning views over Cannes and the Mediterranean. Position: In an ideal position on the hillside behind Mandelieu, close to the Marina at Cannes and the famous beaches of La Croisette each about six miles away. Mandelieu at the bottom of the steep hill is under two miles away and here there are shops, supermarket and a choice of cafés and restaurants. There is large hypermarket three miles away and the famous golf course is ten minutes away and tennis courts the same distance. Nice and the airportare about 20 minutes drive. Built on the side of a steep hill and reached up a steep driveway, there is parking just below the house, which is accessed up stone steps from here. Behind the house is the garden area with the swimming pool (9.5x3.7m) and terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. At the front of the house on the upper ground floor level is a sunroom and balcony with garden furniture and magnificent views. A caretaker lives on the lower ground floor in a totally separate apartment with private entrance and garden.

Large open plan living room opening onto the sunroom and balcony. There is a dining table and chairs, fireplace, leather sofas and armchairs. Television and DVD player. Kitchen area with large gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Washing machine in the laundry room.  Also on this floor is a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath, two basins and wc. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with double and single bed and a mezzanine room up steep steps with three single beds. Bathroom with basin and separate wc. Electricity up to 100kwh per week included. Bed linen included .
