This very attractive cottage that adjoins the owners house is on a quiet lane, surrounded by vast, beautifully kept gardens which lead to the owner’s woodlands where you are free to wander and enjoy the peace of the countryside

A private terrace at the back gives lovely views across the huge expanse of lawn and fruit trees, to the woods beyond

The private pool 9 x 5 x 1.1-1.8m depth is in a sunny position to one side of the house with security alarm and fence

There is also an adjacent 'boules' area

The door opens into a very light and spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area

The comfortable living area has TV, CD Player, wood burning stove and is open to the kitchen which is very well equipped with microwave, electric oven with 4 ring gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with views over the pool and gardens and a shower/WC. Adults Only.
