The accommodation is on the ground floor, the retired owner occupies the first floor, although she is rarely there during the summer months

This unpretentious, simple but comfortable ground floor flat has a separate kitchen with breakfast table, microwave and washing machine leading into the sitting/dining room with sofa-bed and armchairs, dining table and chairs

Bed 1: double accessed via the living room with ensuite shower/WC
