Helpful and friendly owner runs small farm restaurant on site - mostly home-produced, regional delicacies - some tenants confess to eating there almost every night! Small fenced grass garden and terrace, BBQ. A good solution for a Dordogne holiday with a pool without breaking the bank! Comfortably and simply furnished with a mixture of old rustic and contemporary furniture, with tiled floors for easy holiday living. The owner has converted this cottage in a sympathetic and original way to give a more spacious feeling. Attractive roof-height beamed living room with sofa, comfortable chairs, and open fire, small kitchen area with microwave, table and chairs. Above kitchen via steep open-tread stairs is galleried area Bed 1: 2 singles. Ground floor Bed 2: double. Shower/WC with washing machine. Cot and highchair on request.
