Situated in a quiet area just outside the village, this studio is an independent wing of a large old stone ‘mas’ occupied by the owners

The good sized shared pool, 12 x 7.5 x 1.1-1.7m depth and spacious grounds are shared with the owner’s family and another letting property

The pool is well fenced and has a security alarm, and is set about 75 meters from the property at the end of a grassy path

This is a relaxed and friendly environment

The owners have dogs, horses and even a pet goat! The studio has a very pleasant enclosed courtyard with plants and bushes, giving shade when required, a covered eating area with table and chairs, and built in BBQ. All on the ground floor, open plan, furnished traditionally and comfortably, with wooden ceiling beams and cool tiled floors. Perfect for couples. Cooking facilities are limited in the kitchen corner, but the living area and bedroom are spacious. Entrance to kitchenette with microwave, fridge and freezer (note there is no oven or dishwasher) and dining area with good single divan bed. Sitting room with 2 armchairs and open fireplace. TV (French channels only). Curtained alcove leads to bedroom area with double bed and wardrobe. Shower/WC off the dining area. External access to outhouse with washing machine. Grassy area for parking. Linen and pool towels included. Travel cot and high chair on request.
