This house is set is a quiet, peaceful location on the edge of a village. The property adjoins the owner’s house and small farm (not visible from the property) and has private gardens completely enclosed. A lovely covered terrace area provides welcome midday shade, and there is a grassed area for children to play. Pretty flowers surround one side of the private pool, 8 x 4 x 1.5m depth throughout with security immersion alarm and bubble jet facility. BBQ. Single storey villa, simply and tastefully furnished throughout with tiled floors. Spacious, light living area with comfortable seating, TV, DVD and doors opening onto the terrace and pool area. Fitted kitchen well equipped withdishwasher and microwave. Modern wooden table and chairs. Utility room off kitchen with washing machine. Bed 1: double, doors to terrace. Bed 2: 2 singles. Large bathroom with corner bath. Sep WC. Bed 3: available on request, supplement payable. Double, ensuite shower/WC, accessed independently from terrace. Folding cot and highchair on request. Min 2 week lets preferred in July and August.
