Washing machine and extra fridge in cellar. 1st floor, Bed 1: king-size, ensuite shower/WC. Bed 2: double, ensuite shower room. Bed 3: 2 singles. Bathroom with bath and shower. Sep WC.2nd floor: Bed 4: double futon bed. Bed 5: two singles. Bathroom with WC. One room closed off to clients. Folding single bed also available (could go in study). Cot and highchair on request. Central heating £50 per week payable locally.
