Open-tread spiral staircase to mezzanine library/sitting area, with sofa and TV, leading to Bed 1: single 'lit bateau' can be opened to form second single, exposed beams with very low headroom. Stairs from the hallway lead down to well-equipped kitchen with fitted units, breakfast table and chairs, dishwasher, (washing machine in cellar accessed from outside), stairs leading down to Beds 2 and 3 on different levels which both have a TV. Bed 2: double, french doors to private terrace, second door to small study area leading to bath/WC. Bed 3: double. Shower/WC opening from entrance hall where there are cupboards for extra storage. Folding cot and highchair on request. Dogs allowed on request.
