Group of 4 delightful Breton cottages recently renovated to a high standard including fresh and light interiors, and providing excellent family holiday accommodation. Three of the four cottages are linked, two with their own open terraces to the front and the third with its own enclosed grass garden and terrace. The fourth, a charming “chaumi re”, is 30m along the lane from the main group. The pool is situated next to the chaumi re but not overlooked, and just 20m from the other 3 houses. The large, secure, walled pool 12 x 6 x 0.9-1.9m depth with security gate and spacious terrace surround is shared by all 4 houses. Each property has own key to security gate. Each property has a BBQ. All first floor rooms have pretty views over surrounding countryside and the sea in the distance. Discreet owner lives in completely separate house on site, but does not overlook.
