Three of the four cottages are linked, two with their own open terraces to the front and the third with its own enclosed grass garden and terrace. The fourth, a charming “chaumi re”, is 30m along the lane from the main group. The pool is situated next to the chaumi re but not overlooked, and just 20m from the other 3 houses. The secured walled, pool 12 x 6 x 0.9-1.9m depth with security gate and spacious terrace surround is shared by all 4 houses. Each property has own key to security gate. Each property has a BBQ. All first floor rooms have pretty views over surrounding countryside and the sea in the distance. SB330 Middle cottage, terrace area to front. Ground floor tiled throughout.
