Hautefort is in the calm countryside, away from the very crowded touristy areas of the Dordogne, but close enough that it is an easy drive for you to visit the amazing sights! You are surrounded by the peaceful countryside, enjoying a fantastic valley view, and have easy access to all services and shops within a 2km walk down a country lane, past grazing cows!
La Petite Rose is on a quiet lane, with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sundeck in the 5 acre orchard, surrounded by grass, trees and flowers. La Petite Rose is a charming traditional 18th c. stone 1 bedroom, 1 bath farmhouse that sleeps 4p. The magnificent valley view can be enjoyed at your private terrace (with barbeque), poolside, in the jacuzzi, or in a hammock. The enormous park with fruit trees has ping pong, volleyball/badminton, swings, children's play area, and hammocks. There is an indoor games room with billiards, ping pong, toys, games, something for everyone in the family!

All services are within walking distance: 1 km to boulangerie, grocery store, and bank. 2 km to tabac, post office, and the office of tourism. 2.5km to a swimming lake. The impressively beautiful 17th c. castle is only 2km!
