The Roman town of St Livrade is 10 minutes drive and the bastide town of Villeneuve sur Lot is a further 8km along the river.Meric is a large ancient farmhouse situated in South West France. The properties have a wealth of original features including oak beams and exposed stonewalls. We offer 2 well equipped cottages for rent. We also have a large secure 6m x 12m swimming pool surrounded by gardens laid to lawn.

Meric is located in the heart of beautiful Lot et Garonne. The property sits in a peaceful valley surrounded by fields of sunflowers and farmland set in 15 acres of its own land. Gite 1 : Le Chai has a large comfortable lounge. The dining area has a panoramic view across the valley. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. There is a shower room with a separate wc. There is UK free-sat TV and wi-fi. Upstairs there is a large sunny landing with glorious views. Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, also an additional WC. Outside there is a terrace with table, chairs and a BBQ. Gite 2 : La Maison has French doors leading into an attractive lounge with a comfortable sitting area and a dining area with oak beams and a splendid fireplace with woodburner. The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and a washing machine. There is UK free-sat TV and wi-fi. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and a shower room with basin and WC. Outside there is a terrace with a BBQ and table and chairs.
