Property details
The gite has three bedrooms, two doubles and a large single. It has a living room with T.V with cable for british programmes, dining area, kitchen with microwave and electric cooker and fridge, and a large wet room.
Sorry, no pets and NO smoking in the Gite.
All household linen and bath towels are included in the rental price, but we request that you bring your swimming towels. Towels can be supplied for an extra charge - please ask us for details.
Security deposit:
A security deposit of 200 euros is required at arrival and is returned to you, less any breakages or damage at the end of your stay.
Hampers:
15 Euros: Milk, Jam, Coffee, Tea, Bread, Butter, 6 eggs, 8 Croissants.
25 Euros: Milk, Jam, Coffee, Tea, Bread, Butter, 6 eggs, 8 croissants, Bacon, Bottle of Rose, 2 bottles of water, Local pate.
If you have any other requests we can shop for you and payment will be added to your bill.
Babysitting:
This can be organized with a 24 hour advanced warning. 10 Euros per hour
Cot beds: A cot can be hired with linen for 20 Euros per week

Chateau de Montoussel is 35 minutes from Toulouse airport Blagnac. Carcassonne is 50 minutes drive away, famous for its well know ancient castle.
Places to ski are as close as 70 minutes away. Andorra is 120 minutes.
The Mediterranean is 80 minutes away, the nearest town on this coast being Narbonne.
The Chateau is 20 minutes from the medieval town of Revel. Every Saturday morning there is a market which has been classified as one of the top ten in France. On the outskirt of Revel is Saint-Ferreol lake which was built in the 17th Century as the main reservoir for the Canal de Midi. Here you can windsurf, sail and canoe. There are many restaurants nearby for an all-round good day.
The Canal de Midi is 10 minutes away at the village of Villefranche de Lauragais. You can bicycle along the towpath from this point to Toulouse or to the Mediterranean.
