This holiday cottage (100sqm) can sleep 8 people in 4 separate bedrooms, 2 doubles downstairs, one double and 1 twin upstairs with a mezzanine bed/sofa area with a TV for PS2/DVD console.
The gites has everything you will need for a comfortable stay.
Outside there is a terrace dining area and BBQ. A covered Garden sitting room for enjoying the sunsets with a glass of wine.
For children (or those at heart!) Table Tennis, swings, badminton, football goal, croquet and rounders.
The 16 x 14m swimming pool is we believe the largest private pool in the area. It slopes gently and is ideal for non-swimmers and small children.
Our hot tub Jacuzzi is available all year round, for adults only.
If more space is required we have a Chambre d'hote next door with 3 additional bedrooms.

We are situated in the heart of the Bordeaux and Bergerac wine regions. We can organise wine tasting at a local organic vineyard, always a popular evening. Blissfully peaceful environment, no passing traffic or roads, just wildlife and birds to disturb! Having said that, we are not isolated. If you want to go off and explore we are within easy distance of all facilities.
